  • solid vietnamese restaurant with affordable prices. ambience was okay and casual, but not great: you order at the register. we stopped by for dinner and ordered the banh mi veggie (tofu), summer rolls, and veggie summer rolls (tofu). - tofu banh mi: it wasn’t really giving for the first few bites but the more i ate it, the better it got— bread was well toasted and tofu was really nicely fried. maybe the mayo distribution was just a little off. - summer rolls: pretty solid- the shrimp one tasted much fresher and better than the veggie one imo which was overall a little bland. overall this place offered a nice experience and quick service!

  • We were in DC over the weekend visiting family and had an incredible experience at PhoNatics Noodle Bar! We ate inside the restaurant (although there TONS of to-go orders picked up while we were there. The service was outstanding, and the food was even better. Our group couldn’t stop raving about the Banh Mi Beef and Banh Mi Grilled Pork sandwiches. The caramelized meat paired perfectly with the fresh veggies and sauce— absolute perfection! For appetizers, we went with the Beef Summer Rolls after seeing them recommended in so many reviews, and they did not disappoint. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor! Another standout was the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli. It was like a noodle salad packed with fresh veggies and savory, perfectly grilled chicken. The Pho was also solid, but the the items above were the real stars of the show. Everyone in our group gave this place a 10/10! Highly recommend if you're craving Vietnamese cuisine. Can't wait to come back!

  • What a find on the run! This review will take just as long as it took me to devour my pork bahn mi: about 2 minutes flat! Simply put, it hit hard. It was exactly what I wanted to eat tonight, and it did not disappoint. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, and I'd love to return to try the pho and other dishes. The place is no frills, and it's a little confusing as to how/where you order if you intent to dine in. But otherwise, the employees are absolutely wonderful, and the food came out super fast. The prices are also really reasonable. Highly recommend it, and I look forward to the next visit!

  • We had a good time and the fiord was fresh and nice. They give you a lot of noodles and for the price that is good. It really tests good tbh, but the sever was rushing us to pay the tab we didn’t even get the food yet. I don’t like that kind of service because you came to spend the Money and why would I be forced to pay the tab. He was claiming that he was about to leave soon after the other two servers came in, I get it he needs to get the tip, but he could have been transferred the tab to them and get the tip next day. We was fed up by his services and funny part, the server followed us to the car and asked us if we paid or not, I was like May be this server didn’t tell them or didn’t punch in. Because there is no way they can follow me and asked me if I paid or not. Overall all the food was good and the two ladies was taking care of us but the guy not good service.

  • I ordered pho & beef spring rolls. Both were amazing and I highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already. Their fish sauce too is different than everyone’s, definitely a level up!!!

  • The pho ga here is absolutely incredible—easily some of the best in DC. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the chicken is always so delicious. However, every time I visit, the tables are consistently dirty, which takes away from the dining experience. It’s a shame because the food truly deserves five stars. If they could improve cleanliness and table turnover, this place would be flawless.

  • Great place for some good vietnamese food in the city! Came here with friends before a Broadway show and they ensured we got all our food timely. Highly reccomend the Thai tea, it was perfect! Summer roll was fresh, my personal favourite app. Egg rolls were crispy and my friends favourites. We also had lemongrass beef banh mi, pho, shrimp w/ rice which was PHENOMENAL all together. And all of got to try ans enjoy together. Overall easily a 10/10 & will be back! - insta @ SpicyAivy
